Watch now on All 4

Narrated by Julie Walters, episode two of Very British Problems features famous faces including James Corden, Jonathan Ross, Ruth Jones and Stephen Mangan ruminating and cogitating on the day to day problems the British encounter as soon as they leave the house and go out and about — at work, at the shops, or when on holiday.

From the resentment we all feel at having to make tea for everyone in the office, to the performance anxiety of packing your shopping in front of everyone at the checkout, via the secret thrill of paying a bit less for your round in the pub, the show provides an opportunity for us all to share in, and revel in, our national traits and oddities, and breathe a collective sigh of relief.

First shown on Channel 4, 9.00pm, Thursday 20th August. Available until Saturday 19th September.
