Remember the opening scene of American Psycho, when Christian Bale’s Patrick Bateman walked us through his incredibly punctilious morning routine? He believed in taking care of himself, in a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. You know he could do a 1000 stomach crunches? Yeah, that psycho’s got abs.

Let’s remind ourselves of that scene now…

Now here’s Suicide Squad star Margot Robbie brilliantly spoofing that scene for Vogue.

Australian Psycho, starring Margot Robbie – yep, we’d watch that. There’s a couple of funny moments in the clip, like the fake script lying on Robbie’s bed titled Harley Quinn v Harley Davidson. The funny thing is Warner Bros would soooo make that movie. In fact, news has just come to us this week that WB are planning a DC movie centring on Harley Quinn, but introducing several of the comic’s female villains and heroes too.

“There is an idea of Margot Robbie, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.”
